What's a typical day as Office Assistant? You'll be:

Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring excellent first impressions.

Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining agent records, and ensuring database accuracy.

Supporting social media efforts, creating marketing materials, and coordinating team meetings and office events.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in an office environment is preferred.

Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Are proficient in social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
