Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative tasks organized, assisting with communication, and helping the workplace run smoothly. The role includes hands-on office support, coordination of schedules, and general clerical assistance in a fast-paced and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Assist with setting up and organizing office materials and equipment, including assembling items such as a mail cart when needed.

Manage incoming calls and emails, respond appropriately, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records, documents, and correspondence in an organized manner.

Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities as requested.

Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.

Support both inbound and outbound communication with internal teams and external contacts while maintaining a high level of customer service. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clear and courteous phone and email etiquette.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing office needs.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
