Production Associate - Aluminum Fencing Department

No two days are exactly the same. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where you'll inspect, assemble, package, and prepare aluminum fencing products for shipment while learning valuable manufacturing skills and contributing to a supportive team culture.
What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive quality products on time. Responsibilities include:
Safely remove aluminum fencing products from extrusion and coating lines.
Inspect products for quality and identify any defects before shipment.
Match products to customer orders and package them according to specifications.
Load finished materials onto skids and secure products for transport.
Apply protective packaging materials to prevent shipping damage.
Perform light assembly of fencing components and related products.
Count and verify product quantities to ensure order accuracy.
Assist other production teams as needed to support plant operations.
Move materials throughout the facility using hand jacks and push carts.
Load and unload carts and skids in production and staging areas.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation.
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.

Required Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Basic math and counting skills.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or packaging experience.
Experience working on production lines.
Familiarity with hand tools and light assembly.
Experience operating hand jacks or moving materials within a warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Work Environment
You'll work in a clean, modern manufacturing facility producing aluminum fencing and railing products for residential and commercial customers. The environment includes extrusion lines, coating operations, packing stations, and staging areas. Team members receive hands-on training and support to help them succeed from day one.

This is a Contract position based out of New Holland, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
