Join Siemens Energy as an Industrial Cybersecurity Expert (ICSE) and play a pivotal role in delivering secure and resilient industrial solutions. You will leverage your hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal to ensure cybersecurity is seamlessly integrated into our projects. Collaborate closely with the broader Industrial Cybersecurity Organization and contribute to advancing our cybersecurity strategy. Your expertise will guide project teams in executing ICS-related activities while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

How You'll Make an Impact

Provide PSS (Product and Solution Security) Classification and create technical specifications during project proposal phases.

Guide project teams in executing ICS activities and ensure security requirements are met.

Liaise with project execution teams and customers on security topics, ensuring clear communication of Siemens Energy's security stance.

Evaluate security requirements and initiate necessary measures for compliance and fulfillment.

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, or Computer Sciences with a minor in Cyber Security.

Knowledge of IEC62443 standards and Siemens industrial process control software (PCS7, TIA Portal) an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing regulations, and excellent communication abilities in English.

Willing to travel internationally at least 5% of the time and 15% domestically.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
