Job Title: Electrical Construction Project ManagerJob Description
This role leads industrial and institutional electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full accountability for financial performance, scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, and customer satisfaction. The Electrical Construction Project Manager actively partners with field leadership to maximize productivity, manages multiple concurrent projects, and ensures safe, high-quality, and on-time project delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile data center and mission-critical projects while contributing to a growing, innovation-focused contractor.
Responsibilities
Oversee industrial and institutional electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability to ensure successful financial outcomes.
Monitor earned value, labor productivity, job costing, and overall project financial health, and take corrective action when needed.
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and milestones.
Forecast costs to complete, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Plan and manage procurement of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project execution.
Review project performance metrics regularly and implement process or resource adjustments to keep projects on track.
Coordinate closely with General Foremen and field teams to align planning with field execution and maximize productivity.
Prepare, submit, and manage pay applications and required project reporting.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support repeat business and smooth project delivery.
Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Support successful project completion, punch list resolution, and final closeout while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure that all project activities align with company standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
Lead, mentor, and support project team members to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Essential Skills
Minimum 8 years of electrical construction experience.
Proven experience managing industrial and/or institutional electrical projects.
Strong budgeting, financial management, forecasting, and cost control capabilities.
Demonstrated project scheduling and planning skills for complex construction projects.
Hands-on experience with job costing and monitoring project financial performance.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence project teams.
Experience in electrical construction project management, including industrial and mission-critical work.
Ability to interpret and manage labor, material, and subcontractor resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with data center, semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other industrial projects.
Exposure to mission-critical and industrial electrical construction environments.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Experience using Procore construction management software.
Experience using Bluebeam for document and drawing management.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Background in industrial, mission-critical, or pharmaceutical construction environments.
Interest in working with complex electrical construction systems and advanced technologies.

Work Environment
This is a full-time role based in Fairless Hills, PA, with an expected schedule of approximately 50-60 hours per week. The position is primarily onsite at project locations and construction offices, combining office-based project administration with active project-site support. The work environment is a fast-paced construction setting with frequent interaction with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and management. Team members operate in a safety-focused, collaborative culture that emphasizes quality, innovation, and continuous growth. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morrisville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
