Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00/hr.+
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am (8% Shift Differential) - Train on day shift
3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 9:00pm-8:00am (12% Shift Differential) - Train on day shift

What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
Maintaining and repairing production machines and facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and executing repairs or adjustments
Reading and interpreting equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders for accurate service
Diagnosing equipment problems, replacing, or repairing parts, and fine-tuning machinery for optimal performance
Performing preventive maintenance and basic facility repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
Operating hand and power tools, electric meters, and material-handling equipment safely
Assisting with grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
Ensuring compliance with all EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations and maintaining clean work areas
Responding swiftly to emergency breakdowns and restoring operations quickly
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
Bring at least one year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Possess strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills with diverse equipment
Can read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders, and document repairs accurately
Demonstrate familiarity with PLC diagnostics, electronic controls, and basic math skills
Have experience operating powered industrial trucks and grounds maintenance equipment
Show excellent attention to detail, time-management, and communication skills
Are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Hold or are able to obtain respirator certification and adhere to respiratory protection protocols
