What you'll do:
Oversee multiple Realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective and efficient outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to communicate plans, adjust timelines, and resolve project obstacles.
Lead and direct associates and contractors in executing project plans, including merchandise placement and fixture installation.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure customer experience standards.
Monitor construction issues and warranty matters, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
Promote continuous improvement by applying best practices and supporting team development and accountability.
What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in managing multiple realty execution projects with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
Strong project management skills, including risk assessment, timeline coordination, and corrective action implementation.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities to align project plans with business objectives.
Ability to direct and develop associates through mentoring, training, and performance management.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
