Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Admin:

Communicate with customers via email, phone, and messaging platforms

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Confirm pricing, shipping dates, and special order requirements

Provide timely order confirmations to customers

Manage orders by maintaining accurate shipping information and delivery schedules

Monitor backorders and communicate delays to customers and sales representatives

Support the Sales Team with Product sample requests, Customer pricing history and Inventory availability reports

Provide administrative support to various departments

Participate in staff meetings and company events

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Minimum 2 years of office environment experience

Previous Customer Service experience required; Agriculture industry experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Ability to handle confidential company and employee information

Professional interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
