Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
Join a short-term warehouse project where you perform hands-on general labor tasks in a fast-paced production environment. You will support packaging, labeling, and palletizing operations on a stable 2nd shift schedule over an estimated 4-6 week assignment.
Responsibilities
Remove individual 32 oz broth cartons from 6-pack cases in an efficient and safe manner.
Bundle cartons into 2-packs using an L-bar sealer and heat tunnel packaging system.
Apply Amazon barcode labels accurately to finished 2-pack bundles.
Pack completed 2-packs into 12-pack shipping cartons according to order and quality requirements.
Operate a taping machine to seal cartons securely for shipment.
Palletize completed cartons for shipment, stacking and wrapping pallets as needed.
Use material handling tools such as pallet jacks and RF scanners as required.
Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements throughout each shift.
Maintain productivity in a fast-paced warehouse setting while meeting daily production goals.
Perform repetitive lifting, standing, bending, and walking for the duration of the shift.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor environment.
Experience with picking, packing, labeling, or order fulfillment tasks.
Experience palletizing products and preparing orders for shipment.
Familiarity with packaging equipment, including tape machines and labeling processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
Comfortable lifting and moving cartons weighing up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Ability to use RF scanners and basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with L-bar sealers, heat tunnels, or similar packaging equipment.
Background in shipping, order picking, or inventory-related tasks.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
Comfort working with repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse and distribution environment on a 2nd shift schedule, typically from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The position involves repetitive lifting and movement of completed cartons weighing up to approximately 29-30 lbs, along with continuous standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift. The setting is fast-paced and production-focused, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and meeting daily output targets.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
