Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $30-35/hr, depending on experience
Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM, M-F

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who enjoys working on the warehouse floor while coaching and supporting employees to achieve operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising warehouse teams, managing inventory accuracy processes, and supporting shipping, receiving, and distribution activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and provide leadership to warehouse employees
Coordinate receiving, inspection, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Ensure accurate completion of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in the ERP system
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and follow-up actions
Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
Coordinate incoming RMAs and ensure proper material flow through warehouse and shop processes
Monitor warehouse workload, backlog, capacity, and scheduling requirements
Provide training, coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to warehouse staff
Support operational metrics related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and shipment performance
Assist with valve assembly, automation work, and additional service-related activities as needed
Communicate with customers, sales teams, management, and other stakeholders regarding warehouse operations
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Manager, or Logistics Supervisor
Shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Experience supervising, leading, or providing daily direction to warehouse employees
Forklift operating experience
Experience using an ERP system for inventory, shipping, and receiving transactions
Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting warehouse process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Experience coordinating workload planning, backlog management, or scheduling activities
Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, industrial operations, or supply chain environments
Experience supporting repair, assembly, or service-related operations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
