Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role focuses on supporting a fast-paced production environment by accurately sorting parts, replenishing assembly lines with materials, and ensuring that power box assemblies receive the correct components on time. The warehouse worker moves materials between the warehouse and production areas using both sit-down forklifts and manual handling, while performing basic data entry to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Responsibilities
Sort and organize parts to ensure the correct materials are available for production.
Replenish assembly lines with materials so that power box assemblies have everything needed to operate security gates.
Retrieve materials from the warehouse side of the facility and deliver them to the production side of the building.
Operate sit-down forklifts safely to move pallets, parts, and materials throughout the facility.
Manually lift, carry, and move materials as needed to support production and shipping activities.
Perform basic data entry in the ERP system to update inventory levels and item locations accurately.
Use the ERP system to look up item locations and perform basic system functions related to inventory and materials.
Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and material handling tasks as needed.
Follow established warehouse procedures to maintain accurate inventory and efficient material flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area within the warehouse and production spaces.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a material handler or warehouse worker.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and parts inventory management.
Experienced sit-down forklift operator with demonstrated proficiency in safe operation.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use an ERP system for basic inventory functions.
Ability to perform basic data entry accurately for inventory and material tracking.
Experience with picking, loading, unloading, and general material handling in a warehouse environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing or production support environment.
Background in shipping and receiving operations, including handling various @types of materials.
Familiarity with inventory control practices and warehouse organization.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical role that requires consistent movement and material handling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
