We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and implementing efficient processes within the warehouse. Education / Training:

· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

· 3-5 years of experience in warehousing or a manufacturing/industrial engineering environment (rail, automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of standard material management processes for within the warehouse and delivery to production lines.

Assist with slotting strategies, SKU velocity segmentation, and layout reconfigurations to optimize space utilization, reduce travel distances, and improve order cycle times.

Conduct or assist with time studies, workflow analysis, and work element breakdowns to quantify tasks, eliminate inefficiencies, and balance workloads.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction to lower costs, improve quality, and enhance productivity.

Support and sustain a continuous process improvement culture within the manufacturing environment.

Assist in updating production orders to reflect BOM or sequence changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven approaches.

Proficiency in industrial engineering tools such as time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and process mapping.

Experience with CAD tools and manufacturing software is a plus.
