Job Description

Localization Lead, UAE &Saudi Arabia

Join a Teledyne business serving defense, aerospace, and advanced technology markets across the Eastern Hemisphere. In this highly strategic role, you will help shape and execute localization and industrial participation initiatives that create measurable business growth while supporting national capability development objectives.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will build trusted relationships with government stakeholders, sovereign entities, industry partners, and research organizations. If you enjoy turning complex localization requirements into commercially successful partnerships, this is an opportunity to influence major programmes across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What you'll do

DevelopseniorrelationshipswithUAEandSaudigovernment,defense,andindustrystakeholders.

Identify,negotiate,andestablishstrategicpartnershipswithlocalindustry,academia,andsovereignentities.

Createrevenue-generatinglocalizationandindustrialparticipationprogrammesalignedwithTeledynetechnologies.

Integratelocalizationstrategiesintocaptures,bids,andmajorprocurementopportunities.

Structurecommercialmodels,governanceframeworks,andfundingapproachesforcomplexinitiatives.

Leadexecutionofprogrammesincludingtechnologytransfer,appliedresearch,capabilitydevelopment,andproductionlocalization.

Coordinatecross-functionalteamsfromconceptthroughcommercialization.

Buildandmanageapipelineofopportunitiestiedtonationalprogrammesandlong-terminitiatives.

Developlocalinnovation,supplier,andtalentecosystemsthatsupportlong-termgrowth.

Trackprogrammeperformance,compliance,localizationmetrics,andbusinessoutcomes.

What you need

Required: Abilitytobuildinfluencewithseniorgovernment,sovereign,andindustrystakeholders.

Required: Strongcommercialacumenandpartnershipdevelopmentexpertise.

Required: Experiencestructuringcomplexmulti-partycommercialarrangementsandprogrammes.

Required: 10+yearsofexperienceindefense,aerospace,industrialparticipation,orstrategicbusinessdevelopmentwithintheMiddleEast.

Required: DemonstratedsuccessdeliveringlocalizationorindustrialparticipationinitiativesintheUAEand/orSaudiArabia.

Required: KnowledgeofUAEandSaudilocalizationframeworksandindustrialstrategies.

Required: Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering,Business,InternationalRelations,orarelatedfield.

Advantage: Master'sdegreeinarelevantdiscipline.
