Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Platform Experience Design Studio. This team creates the technologies that empower internal teams and partners to understand, plan, execute, and scale business operations efficiently.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences. This is an opportunity to solve complex design challenges while influencing product strategy in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product design initiatives from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

Own end-to-end design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, visual design, and interactive proto@types.

Solve complex UX challenges through thoughtful, user-centered design.

Partner with Product Management to define product requirements and influence strategic decisions.

Create and evolve scalable design systems that deliver consistent and elegant user experiences.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

Work closely with UX Researchers to understand customer needs and validate design solutions.

Identify future product opportunities and serve as a strategic thought partner to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Measure product success using qualitative and quantitative feedback and iterate accordingly.

Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional workshops.

Travel as needed for research, workshops, and collaboration opportunities.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.

Strong expertise in user experience (UX), interaction design, and visual design.

Proven experience leading design projects independently from discovery through delivery.

Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact.

Pay: $80 /hr

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

Location: SAN FRANCISCO CA (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $80.00 per hour
