You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm systems, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and respond to security-related concerns. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet tools to document activities. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) : Familiarity with managing access control systems and issuing badges.

Alarm Panel Experience (B202) : Experience in monitoring and responding to alarm systems.

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) : Proficiency in using technology for reporting and communication.

Customer Service Experience (B219) : A strong background in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.

Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing conditions throughout the location, and completing accurate daily activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
