Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Customer Service Rep in Bessemer, AL! Perks:

Shift: Sunday - Thursday (11:00am - 8:00pm)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $ 18.75

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers by phone and email.

· Handle customer complaints professionally.

· Monitor delivery routes and order status.

· Process delivery order changes and cancellations.

Requirements

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and stay organized.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet customer expectations.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
