Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role helps keep teams organized by managing schedules, maintaining documents, assisting with communications, and handling a range of office coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and comfortable balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and assist leaders and staff with day-to-day administrative needs.

Organize, update, and maintain files, records, and business documents while following company guidelines.

Enter information accurately, prepare routine reports, process documents, and provide general office support.

Manage office supply levels, sort and distribute mail, and help coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries.

Provide assistance with special assignments, internal events, and onboarding activities for new employees.

Help facilitate clear communication across departments to support smooth and efficient business operations. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively.

Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.

Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.

Experience using business software, administrative systems, or office support tools is preferred.
