Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is looking for an experienced and dedicatedBehavioral Health Assistant Regional Administrator to be responsible for regional clinical staff supervision and therapeutic programming associated with the Integrated Care Model. In this role, you may be delegated administrative responsibility for some areas of clinical services in the absence of the Behavioral Health Center Manager.
Applicants with l icensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus four years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR
A doctorate in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus two years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Directs agency/clinical administrative staff, certified peer supporters, and social services program staff responsible for the overall treatment and oversight of regional integrated behavioral health clinic services and its contractors and vendors. This role also recommends disciplinary actions regarding subordinate staff to the Regional Administrator as needed.
Monitors clinic programs which may include but is not limited to: Primary integrated health care, crisis services, outpatient treatment programs for individuals, families, and children with severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, addictive disorders, skills training, and education programs, peer-supported services, case management, housing programs, as well as Tobacco Cessation and Problem Gambling treatment services. May serve as a certified clinical supervisor for staff working toward applicable professional licensure and/or certifications.
Effectively implements and monitors all Federal/State Block Grants and initiatives and ensures compliance relative to all treatment services within the agreements while assuring effective working relations between contract monitors, contractors, staff, and clients.
Assists the Regional Administrator, Compliance Department and Medical Director with review, development, training, and monitoring of licensure and national accreditation standards, which are adhered to with outcomes met.
Accurately interprets NEDHSA, LOH, OBH, and Regional issues along with all policies and procedures.
Represents the agency as assigned to the region and public functions as well as to clients, families, and stakeholders to promote quality services, the full implementation of an integrated behavioral and primary health system as well as outcomes that meet NEDHSA goals and objectives.
May be required to perform other duties as necessary, including, but not limited to, emergency/disaster support activities. Is responsible and will be held accountable for being knowledgeable and efficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs and other computer programs directly related to the job duties.

Location: Monroe Integrated Care Clinic
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National He alth Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.
(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
