Description Robert Half is working with a client seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk onsite in Ann Arbor. The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with a variety of activities that support the processing, validation, reconciliation and payment of expenses and invoices to the company. This role is ONSITE and pay up to $28/hr.

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

Matches receiving paperwork to invoices.

Scans paid invoices and checks into electronic filing system.

Enters approved invoices into AP systems i.e. expense reports, freight, and utility.

General office tasks, projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Communicates with vendors and branches.

Administrative functions pulling documents, making payments, answering simple questions, basic Excel/Outlook skills

To be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk you MUST meet the following criteria:

2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in Microsoft D365 and/or Sage a plus

Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills

Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Enter Invoices, Coding Invoices, Account Reconciliation, MS Excel
