Description

Our client in Glastonbury, Connecticut is seeking a Contract Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide high-level administrative support to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping processes organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally

Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation

Assist with data entry, database updates, and tracking of important information

Coordinate office supplies, vendor communication, and general office needs

Support internal teams with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

2+ years of administrative support experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
