Role responsibilities:
Ability to design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for the ongoing management of data.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of data governance and quality issues.
Personal initiative to find opportunities, lead change, improve processes, and solve problems.

Test Engineering Has general awareness of testing practices but has not been involved in hands on testing.
DevOps Release Automation Basic knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices. Ability to participate in their role and utilize necessary tools with minimal guidance.
Application Data Architecture Basic awareness of architecture and design. Ability to comply with bank standards for information security and business architectures.
Promotes Collaboration Collaborates within a team. Seeks ways to develop cross team collaboration skills and build trust.
Influences Decisions Ability to participate in discussions, process information, and contribute to decision making.
This role requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week in Dallas, TX. This role also requires 5 days away mandate per quarter by the client.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with data management, data analytics and or governance.
Capability to evaluate business needs and risks broadly across the enterprise.
Advanced communication and influencing skills that can be used across a diverse audience, including senior management, which drive results without unnecessary conflict.
Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DB PostgreSQL strongly preferred.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
