We are seeking a hands-on electrician to support electrical installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance projects across multiple manufacturing facilities in the region.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment

Install, modify, and maintain electrical distribution systems

Bend and install conduit including EMT, IMC, RMC, PVC, and flexible conduit

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Diagnose and repair 3-phase electrical systems

Perform PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities

Support hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems

Inspect and test transformers, switchgear, transfer switches, and related equipment

Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records

What We're Looking For

5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, PLC, and automation systems

Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Knowledge of industrial equipment, preventive maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics

OSHA 10 certification preferred

Lift/Fall Protection certification preferred

Ability to travel to project locations within the local region

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilkesboro, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
