Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in B2C performance marketing, digital media, or user acquisition.
Experience managing end-to-end paid media campaigns from creative briefing and development to platform optimizations.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
Experience marketing a new-to-market consumer tech or AI product and large budgets across global markets.
Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve layered problems and streamline business workflows.
Ability to analyze campaign data, generate reports, and optimize performance metrics.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
About the job
As a Growth Marketing Manager on the Consumer Apps team, you will be at the forefront of promoting Gemini across the globe. You'll develop marketing plans that leverage paid media to support strategies that drive user growth and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the paid media strategy for Gemini, with a focus on driving performance through paid and Owned and Operated (O&O) channels. You will develop and execute campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance to optimize for growth and user acquisition.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of large-scale B2C performance campaigns for the Gemini app, brief creative agencies, and oversee creative production, looking for ways to optimize workflows with the use of AI.
Coordinate campaign operations, including managing creative asset pipelines and localization (i18n) workflows, to ensure timely campaign launches in a high-velocity environment.
Collaborate with product and our Media CoE to report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the wider team for improving performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and analytics, to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with broader product and marketing goals.
