Pay Rate: $21/hour with weekly pay on Friday's

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duration: 12 week temporary assignment

What's a typical day as an Accounts Payable Specialist? You'll be:

Reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, verifying accuracy and authorization.

Preparing and executing regular check runs, ACH, and wire payments.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have an Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Bring 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
