Description

Conduct thorough QA testing of data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for data workflows, pipeline logic, and BI dashboards.

Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence developers to understand data requirements and ensure alignment.

Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data quality issues.

Contribute to process improvements that enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with ETL tools, SQL, data pipelines, and data engineering principles.

Exposure to business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reporting workflows.

Basic understanding of data science and machine learning workflows.

Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting technical processes.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
