Job Description
This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the construction industry. You will support skilled trades on various properties across Northern Orange County contributing to tenant improvement work during large-scale apartment remodels. Responsibilities
Assist skilled trades professionals with tenant improvement work during large-scale apartment remodels.
Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
Support work involving concrete, pavers, and artificial turf installation as needed.
Load, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials around the job site.
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds safely and consistently throughout the workday.
Travel between multiple job sites in the Inland Empire and Orange County as required.
Use personal vehicle to drive from site to site when necessary, following all safety and traffic regulations.
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members to learn construction techniques and best practices.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with site guidelines.
Arrive on time, prepared for work, and ready to contribute positively to the team.
Demonstrate a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with team members and property occupants.
Essential Skills

Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites across the Inland Empire and Orange County.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pavers, concrete, or artificial turf installation is a plus.
Previous general labor experience in construction or related fields is beneficial.
Interest in building a long-term career in construction and skilled trades.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
