We're seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Cybersecurity to work remotely as part of our Eastern United States team.

This position calls for blending an entrepreneurial approach to sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships. Your main duty will involve carrying a quota while generating measurable revenue through new-logo wins and opportunities sourced or influenced by partners. You'll cultivate relationships with senior executives throughout the partner network, jointly create market pathways, and establish EPAM as a go-to partner for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales strategy and revenue plan for designated strategic partners

Own a personal quota that combines net-new logo acquisition with partner-driven revenue

Build a sustainable pipeline via direct prospecting and collaborative selling with partners

Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from initial qualification to deal closure

Create joint account strategies alongside partner field teams for shared opportunities

Encourage partner organizations to prioritize joint initiatives with EPAM

Guide impactful, value-driven client conversations combining EPAM and partner offerings

Implement joint go-to-market campaigns while ensuring measurable pipeline outcomes

Ensure governance around forecasting, pipeline reporting, and opportunity accuracy

Optimize strategic partner investment and funding to speed up joint wins

Requirements

Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development with a focus on acquiring new business

Proven track record of meeting or surpassing personal sales quotas

Solid understanding of co-selling models and commercial strategies led by partners

Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish

Thorough knowledge of major technology ecosystems and how alliances function

Capability to engage and influence senior executives on both client and partner sides (C-suite)

Outstanding skills in commercial negotiation and strategic thinking

Background working within global, matrixed organizational structures

A degree in business, technology, or a related discipline

Strong abilities in presentation and communication

Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)

Nice to have

Previous experience managing revenue strategies driven by alliances

Experience executing joint go-to-market programs and co-funded campaigns

Certifications or credentials related to strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., major cloud providers)

Proficiency in multiple languages along with international sales experience

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $185,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
