Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud infrastructure and transformation initiatives supporting enterprise AWS environments. This individual will oversee multiple interconnected projects, drive program governance, manage executive stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery of strategic infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep project and program management expertise, strong AWS cloud knowledge, and experience leading complex technology programs across infrastructure, application, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead large, complex infrastructure and cloud transformation programs through the full project and program management lifecycle.

-Manage multiple concurrent workstreams involving AWS cloud services, infrastructure modernization, application migration, and enterprise technology initiatives.

-Partner with architects, engineering leaders, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps.

-Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, risk management plans, and executive-level communications.

-Develop and maintain complex integrated project schedules and dependencies utilizing Microsoft Project.

-Drive program planning, resource allocation, budget forecasting, financial oversight, and performance tracking.

-Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide concise program updates to senior leadership.

-Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery timelines or business objectives.

-Manage relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

-Ensure alignment with SDLC methodologies, governance processes, and project delivery standards.

-Lead efforts to establish structure, accountability, and execution plans in complex and ambiguous environments.

Skills and Requirements

-9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through the full project management lifecycle.

-5+ years of experience managing technology initiatives leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS).

-Demonstrated knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, services, architecture concepts, and cloud migration strategies.

-9+ years of experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.

-Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and technology modernization initiatives.

-Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.

-Experience managing large program budgets, financial forecasting, cost controls, and resource planning.

-Ability to translate high-level business and program objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables.

-Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.

-Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

-Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and client-facing relationships.
