Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Executive Administrative Assistant in Frankfort, KY . This is a part-time opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Part Time Executive Administrative Assistant, work mainly with the legal staff at KSP-shadowing cases, general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, processing mail, as well as assisting with preparing documents involving discovery for civil lawsuits. Responsibilities for this Part Time Executive Administrative Assistant job include:

Prepare professional memos, notices and email notifications

Attention to detail

Customer service

Schedule and set up meetings/conferences

Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications

Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

Compose, @type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

Qualifications:

Experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Detail Oriented

Willing and able to learn new tasks quickly

Will work approximately 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday within the 8am-4pm scheduleAdecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
