Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract assignment. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

?Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR department

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions

Prepare HR documents, correspondence, and reports

Respond to employee inquiries and route questions as needed

Support benefits administration and other HR programs

Assist with filing, scanning, and document management

Help coordinate special projects and general office support for HR

Requirements

1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

High attention to detail and strong follow-through
