Job Description:

Administrative Assistant

Location: Denver, Colorado (On-site 5 days a week)

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to provide support for up to three executives and manage the general oversight of the office space. This role is integral to maintaining a functional and efficient work environment. The position requires a proactive and organized individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities within a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily schedules and calendars for multiple executives.

Arrange executive travel for both domestic and international trips, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Process and manage expenses for self and supported executives.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement events of various sizes.

Manage building access for employees and visitors.

Procure and maintain office technology and general office supplies.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met.

Handle multiple and sometimes conflicting objectives, projects, or activities simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role. Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, and handle confidential material with integrity. Experience interacting with senior-level executives is required.

Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This role requires strong executive presence, interpersonal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Concur.

Familiarity with travel and expense management systems such as MyTravel.

Knowledge of procurement platforms like GepSmart.
