Responsibilities
Supportdaily Technical Operations activities,ensuringreliableexecutionofITservicemanagementprocesses,platformadministration,andoperationalworkflows.
Administerandmaintainoperationaltoolsandplatformsincluding Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD solutions, monitoring tools, and related technologies .
Coordinateandsupport incident management, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities .
Executeapproved production changes, database queries, and operational tasks inaccordancewithestablishedcontrolsandprocedures.
Manage user access requests, permissions, role assignments, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controlstomaintaincomplianceandsecurityrequirements.
Develop,maintain,andimprove runbooks, knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational documentation .
Partnerwith Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, and Support teams toimplementoperationalimprovementsanddriveserviceexcellence.
Support audit, governance, and compliance initiatives bycollectingevidence,maintainingdocumentation,andensuringadherencetoestablishedpoliciesandcontrols.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-ITIL Service Management Foundation certification
-At least 3 years experience with the implementation and support of processes and practices for managing IT infrastructure, development and operations using the concepts and techniques of Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Knowledgeof ITIL Framework, IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management bestpractices.
Experiencewith platform administration includingsystemconfiguration,permissionsmanagement,integrations,andoperationalsupport.
Hands-onexperiencewith Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and workflow automation platforms .
Understandingof access management, least-privilege security principles, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls .
Knowledgeof Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices .
Experiencesupporting production environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating operational responses .
Familiaritywith audit, compliance, governance frameworks, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and technology control processes .
Strong organizational, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Location expectations
