Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions , a Taylor company, is seeking a 3rd Shift Inserting Equipment Operator to join our team in our Monroe, NC location! This is an entry-level position with great opportunity for growth within the company. Venture Solutions offers you a clean, well-lit, and safe environment so that you can grow into your full potential!

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Your Shift:

6:00am - 6:00pm; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate inserting equipment in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures

Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output

Prepare inks for proper color and consistency

Check paper for @type, size, color and quantity

Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality

Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates

Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment

You Must Have:

Ability to constantly operate machinery and handle products including print materials

Strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently

Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances

High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

Ability to remain in a stationary position and move inside the facility throughout your entire shift

Ability to regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
