Our story began in 1915 hauling block ice and coal with a team of horses and a Model T to the Fowler area. Primary Responsibilities:

Process and accurately enter vendor invoices, credits, and credit card transactions into the accounting system.

Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities.

Ensure proper Sales Tax adherence

Provide weekly AP reports to management

Reconcile A/R, A/P, and bank accounts monthly and investigate discrepancies.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Process and accurately enter customer invoices and cash receipts into the accounting system.

Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities.

Assist with inventory reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

Prepare and record bank deposits for processing.

Respond to payment inquiries, resolve account issues, and assist with collections efforts.

Process and distribute incoming mail.
