The Opportunity

As a Management Consulting - Sector Operations - Health Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to improve operational performance across supply chain and core business processes through optimization and execution support. This role involves working across business operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale execution, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on client outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business @context. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, guiding and mentoring others while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role, you will be exposed to clients, developing an understanding of how to build meaningful relationships and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Leading healthcare project management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Analyzing business performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Implementing quality standards to optimize service delivery models in healthcare settings

Managing change processes to support business transformation and operational excellence

Utilizing business data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive performance

Coordinating operations management tasks to streamline processes and reduce costs

Engaging with stakeholders to align operations with healthcare regulations and technology advancements

Developing and executing plans for business transformation in health sector operations

Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and improve service delivery

Collaborating with teams to design and implement effective operations processes

What You Must Have

Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree

At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
