Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant for a well-established professional services organization. This individual will serve as the primary support partner to a high-profile executive, managing complex calendars, communications, travel arrangements, personal logistics, vendor relationships, and multiple property coordination efforts. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Success in this role requires outstanding communication, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a long-term role supporting a highly respected executive while working remotely within North Carolina.

Day-to-Day:

-Manage and prioritize executive email communications

-Maintain and coordinate a complex calendar and schedule

-Arrange travel, transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries

-Coordinate medical appointments and healthcare-related logistics

-Manage vendor relationships and follow up on service completion

-Support multiple residential properties and coordinate with concierge teams

-Verify property readiness through checklists, walkthroughs, and quality checks

-Communicate with external stakeholders, vendors, medical providers, and service partners

-Anticipate issues and provide proactive solutions

-Handle sensitive and confidential personal and business information

-Provide administrative support for extensive travel, including Duke basketball-related travel planning

Skills and Requirements

-Strong Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience

-Exceptional calendar and email management skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

-High level of professionalism and confidentiality

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

-Experience coordinating travel and scheduling logistics

-Dependable, trustworthy, and able to follow through on commitments

-Long-term employment stability and loyalty -Bachelor's degree

-Experience supporting C-level executives, attorneys, or business owners

-Exposure to billing systems

-Experience coordinating multiple residences or property-related logistics

-Concierge, vendor management, or personal assistant experience

-Healthcare/medical appointment coordination experience
