Medical Coder - AI Content Evaluator (Remote, U.S.)Help Shape the Future of Healthcare AI

In this fully remote role, you'll leverage your industry knowledge to review AI-generated responses, identify improvements, and help train advanced AI models that support the healthcare industry.

What You'll Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with healthcare industry standards.

Assess responses related to medical coding, billing, reimbursement, and healthcare operations.

Identify inaccuracies and provide detailed feedback to improve AI performance.

Create realistic healthcare scenarios and subject matter expert responses for AI training and testing.

Compare and score AI model outputs to support ongoing development efforts.

Maintain quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience in medical coding, revenue cycle, health information management, utilization management, patient access, compliance, or related healthcare operations.

Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing, reimbursement processes, and medical terminology.

Bachelor's degree required.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Comfortable using and evaluating AI tools and AI-generated content.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.

Availability to work 30-40 hours per week for an approximately 12-week engagement.

Must reside in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

CPC, CCS, CCA, RHIT, RHIA, or similar certifications.

Experience in utilization review, case management, prior authorization, or revenue cycle functions.

Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

Experience reviewing healthcare documentation and reimbursement scenarios.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
