Entry Level Customer Service Rep with Incentives

Pay : Base $22/hr with uncapped comission opportunity

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm M-F (Paid Lunches)

Location: Woodinville and surrounding area

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Specialist, where you'll travel with the field team and engage in door-to-door outreach to book appointments. Base pay plus incentive opportunities. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to grow into an estimator position. Training is provided on-site, and no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

Travel with the field team to various locations.

Engage in door-to-door outreach to book appointments.

Communicate effectively with potential clients to secure appointments.

Handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue potential leads.

Essential Skills

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Proficiency in client communication and interaction.

Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
