Job Title: Regional Sales Assistant (CSR)

Location: Denver, CO

Type: Contract to hire

Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regional Sales Assistant (Customer Service Representative) to provide administrative and customer service support to the Regional Sales team. This role serves as a liaison between Sales, Credit, Operations, Logistics, and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales team.

Process customer orders, including bulk, packaged, and drop-ship orders, in SAP.

Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Logistics, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Track open orders, assist with load planning, and communicate delivery updates.

Prepare sales reports, freight quotes, customer documentation, and other administrative reports.

Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate customer records, and verify order documentation.

Assist with customer rebates, expense tracking, and general office administration.

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, mail, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.

Support regional events, customer visits, and special projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with SAP preferred

3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable approach
