National Firm Litigation Associate Attorney

The role involves handling a variety of general liability matters, including personal injury, motor vehicle, property damage, construction/labor law, and product liability cases. Responsibilities: Manage cases from inception through closure. Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in arbitrations and trials. Manage caseloads while meeting billing and budget requirements. Requirements: 3+ years of litigation experience, defense litigation is preferred. New York Bar admission. Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to travel as needed. Experience with third-party insurance coverage is a plus.The firm offers an excellent benefits package and a collaborative work environment. This position offers a salary range of $130,000-$170,000, depending on experience and background.
