You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Day Time

Mon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support site operations.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
