Summary About the Position: You will serve as a Security Specialist in the HQDA DCS, G-3 Admin of Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities Verify and maintain records on security clearance status of industrial security facilities on contracts. Develop responses to questions to ensure contractor compliance with security requirements. Develop, implement, manage, and monitor policies, instructions, procedures, control systems, and methods to ensure the review of contract documentation. Administer programs to oversee visits and requests for information by foreign representatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
