Our client, a leading retail and logistics organization, is seeking a Part time Counter Agent/Customer Service professional to join their team. As a Counter Agent/Customer Service, you will be part of the customer support team supporting retail operations and shipping inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Agent/Customer Service

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay Range: $20/hour

Shift: 9am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday, 20-25 hours weekly

What's the Job?

Assist customers with shipping inquiries and provide shipping quotes

Support store operations by managing customer interactions and inquiries

Utilize internal chat systems and participate in daily team calls

Ensure a cashless operation environment with security measures in place

Maintain a high level of accountability and communication with team members and supervisors

What's Needed?

Hands-on experience serving customers in fast-paced environments

Reliability with a maximum of 2 jobs in the past 5 years

Experience in hospitality, retail, or logistics industries preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask during peak periods

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus in many markets
