A growing professional services organization in San Marcos is looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day office environment.

This isn't a receptionist position. You'll have responsibility for office operations, vendors, facilities, employee support, purchasing, and administrative processes, while serving as a key point of contact for both employees and leadership.

Current San Diego-area hiring continues to show demand for office management roles that combine facilities, administrative operations, billing, and internal support.

Your territory

?? Office Operations

Keep supplies, equipment, mail, vendors, and office services running smoothly.

?? Employee Support

Help employees with office needs, onboarding logistics, and workplace requests.

?? Vendor Management

Coordinate with building management, service providers, suppliers, and contractors.

?? Administrative Finance

Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and basic budget tracking.

??? Problem Solving

When something breaks, disappears, or needs to get done yesterday-you'll be the person figuring it out.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations

Manage office supplies and purchasing

Coordinate vendors and building services

Maintain relationships with landlords and service providers

Assist with office moves, renovations, and maintenance

Process invoices and purchase orders

Track office expenses

Support employee onboarding and workplace setup

Coordinate meetings, events, and company activities

Maintain office policies and procedures

Assist leadership with administrative projects

Identify opportunities to make office processes more efficient

Requirements

3+ years of office management, operations, or administrative experience

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Comfortable working independently

Experience coordinating vendors and facilities

Strong attention to detail

A proactive personality - you see the problem and fix it
