A growing home services and construction company in Oceanside is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be one of the first points of contact for customers.

This is a great fit for someone who can talk to anyone, stay organized when things get hectic, and actually enjoys solving problems.

You'll coordinate appointments, communicate with field technicians, answer questions, and make sure customers know exactly what is happening with their service.

Your day could look like:

?? Taking a call from a customer who needs service

?? Scheduling a technician based on availability and location

?? Checking in with a field team regarding an appointment

?? Helping a customer understand the next step in their service

?? Updating work orders and customer records

? Jumping in when an urgent request comes through

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and emails

Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician availability

Confirm appointments and communicate arrival windows

Create and update customer work orders

Monitor open service requests

Communicate with technicians and field supervisors

Handle customer questions and service concerns

Escalate complicated issues appropriately

Enter customer and service information into internal systems

Assist with billing questions and account updates

Follow up with customers after completed service

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

1-3 years of customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Excellent follow-up and organization

Comfortable learning scheduling or CRM software

Professional and friendly personality

Ability to remain calm when priorities change quickly

Construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or facilities experience is a major plus
