Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Brea, California on a Contract basis. This position supports day-to-day sales administration and compliance coordination by organizing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting activities. The role is well suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and help keep sales operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Prepare customer bid packages, service agreements, and related sales documents to support business development efforts.

Maintain compliance files such as certificates of insurance, tax forms, and onboarding records to meet company and client requirements.

Update and monitor Salesforce entries for customer requests, project progress, and issue resolution activities.

Review documentation across internal records to verify accuracy and ensure consistency with reporting data.

Coordinate logistics for training sessions and safety meetings, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and document preparation.

Organize SharePoint content and internal document libraries for policies, procedures, and proposal materials.

Handle sensitive client and employee information with discretion while following confidentiality and compliance standards.

Assist with audit preparation, documentation research, and recurring operational reports for leadership review. Requirements - Experience supporting sales, administrative, or operational processes in a fast-paced business environment.

Working knowledge of inside sales, direct sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or related sales support functions.

Ability to prepare, review, and manage business documents with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and operational tasks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.

Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external contacts.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management platforms such as SharePoint.
