As a Lounge Server, you will primarily be responsible for assisting guests with their beverage and food selections. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our delicious and fun offerings. Other duties include but are not limited to assisting guests in our Regency Club, general lounge preparation, maintaining a sanitary environment, and other responsibilities to be determined as we open our new spaces. This person will engage in casual conversation with our guests, and the care they show is the key to creating an exceptional experience. We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, any time between the hours of 1:00pm - 1:00am.

The hourly rate for this position is $11.7188 per hour, with increases at six months and one year.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and organized

Ability to use our computer systems and applications

Adept at handling a variety of guest interactions with professionalism and warmth

Serving experience and liquor knowledge is preferred

Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
