What You Will Learn:
You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving short-term performance, and leading continuous improvementculture driving activities. Implementing operational excellence methodologies across the department in line with global standards:
Guarantees efficient and compliant execution of packaging & processing operations, with a focus on safety, product quality,sustainabilityand productivity
Serves as a culture leader who models expected behaviors and reinforces a high-performance environment
Identifiesthrough data and observations performance gaps (losses analysis) :compliance with process, OEE, capability and quality standards
Ensures the consistency of the completion and effectiveness ofpreviousday'sand today's actions, as well as the prioritization of them
Champion for Safety, Quality, Reliability, and Performance, ensuring these principles guide daily decisionmaking and team behaviors.
Modelsleadership attributes including accountability, communication, problemsolving, and the ability to positively influence team culture.
Promotes and reinforces a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational discipline.
Leadsimprovement projects derived from deviations in performance or cost.
Applies and ensure the execution of lean tools (SMED, 5S, QRQC, SixSigma,...)and actively works toeliminatenon-value-added activities through standardization, simplification, and waste reduction.
Facilitates action plans, tracks results, and ensures sustainability
Drafts and formalizes machine/process modification requests when issues are beyond the scope of the production team's autonomy (expert intervention isrequired)
Interfaces with project teams when expert/third party intervention isrequired
Makes sure that the level 1 routine are being held with all the right data, and that lead to the right level of action
Provides the level 2 & 3 routine with the elements that require the intervention of the management and/or project teams
You will be responsible for the successful introduction, integration, and ramp-up of new productions, after designing the appropriate production processes:
Ensures the right operational standards and methods are in place and well applied
Ensures that the ramp-up is properly coordinated with the project team
Designs, documents, and delivers operator training for new products/production lines
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with major in technical field or Managementrequired, Engineering degreepreferred;
3 to 5 years' experience in a manufacturing management role or likeindustry;
Computer Skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, StatisticalAnalysis;
Conscientious, positive attitude, reliable,responsibleandflexible;
Be self-motivated and work independently as well as in a teamsetting;
Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet timecommitments;
Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
