Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Location: Eagan, MN

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is primarily office-based and will involve a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities to help ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow between customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, send, and respond to emails with customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist with maintaining accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets.

Support warehouse operations by coordinating communication between office staff, customers, vendors, and warehouse personnel.

Process and track orders, invoices, shipping documentation, and other business-related paperwork.

Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Monitor and update customer and vendor information in company systems.

Assist with scheduling appointments, deliveries, and pickups as needed.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a warehouse office setting.

Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.

Work Environment:

Office desk located within a warehouse facility.

Collaborative team environment with regular interaction with customers, vendors, and warehouse staff.

Fast-paced setting requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation:

$22.00 per hour
