Administrative Assistant I

If you are hired to this position, you will be employed by Magnit Global. You will not be employed by City National Bank.

The Responsibilities:

-Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery instructions.

-Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling, compliance with regulations, and proper documentation.

-Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items, tracking quantities and locations.

-Making deliveries across buildings.

-Work with carriers, logistics partners, and internal departments to schedule pickups, deliveries, and ensure timeliness.

-Follow company policies, regulatory requirements and procedures.

The Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain files, databases, and other records.

Skill in sorting, screening, and distributing mail.

Ability to read, comprehend, and apply business-related information.

Skill in organizing, managing, and tracking multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.

High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) year of general administrative support experience required, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Able to lift up 50lbs.

No licenses or certifications required.

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $14.73/hour - $19.64/hour
